Wallingfen Methodist Church is located on the Main Road in the village of Newport. It is one of the oldest buildings in the village at more than 200 years old dating from a time when the village was called Wallingfen. A beautiful, peaceful Church, set back from the Main Road boasting an enclosed walled garden with a few gravestones.

The Methodist Society has been granted cease to meet for worship and the building is under the care and trusteeship of Hull (Centre & West) Methodist Circuit.
